Who Dressed Best? - Week 7 Uniformity

Throwbacks! Alternates! Uniforms! Exclamation points! Packers vs. Browns

The yellow helmets ended up being as disappointing as I thought they might be, but overall, the Packers throwbacks looked nice enough, I suppose. I do love the uniform, but I think this look is played out now. If there must be throwbacks, it's time to find something new.

The Rest

Dolphins vs. Bills

I'd rather have the Dolphins wear their teal tops at home, but if they're going to do white at home, I don't mind seeing the Bills in the Miami sun. That's an eye popping game!

Redskins vs. Bears

Mmmm...old school football. Yes, I'll have some of that, please.

Jacksonville Jaguars vs. San Diego Chargers

Go ahead and wipe that shocked look of your face. I happen to like the Jaguars' teal alternate uniform. It actually has its own visual identity, as opposed to the generic-looking black jerseys. This, of course, assumes that the hideousness of the helmet is hidden. If you can see the helmet's true glory, this is still a bad look. From straight on, though, it's not bad.

Not So Much: Victory for the Blue and Gold (and Green)

Look, I like the Packers' throwbacks, but they got lazy. They didn't bother to hide some of the green trim from their typical uniforms, like the green facemask you can see below or the green on Johnathan Franklin's undershirt. If you're going to do the throwback, do it right and don't skip the details.
